On the corporate side, we cater for all office stationeries, flyers, name cards, magazines, and books to name a few.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU ALL BEEN IN THIS INDUSTRY?

As a company, we were established in the 1950's specializing in binding and printing works. Several years later, we saw an opportunity in the niche wedding market and have put forward efforts in printing wedding cards. Today, we have more than 20 years of applied experience in the wedding card business with a diverse range of customer portfolio. Coping with greater expectations, trends and in wake of competitions, we have extended our range of services, constantly updating our skills in relatively. As it is, we always try our best to not only meet but to also exceed customer expectations.

DOES THAT MAKE YOUR COMPANY UNIQUE?

We would say that apart from our industrial experience, our unique selling points are indeed the engagement of a desirable customer experience. To provide good services and to effectively translate what the customer desires, we pay strong attention in building a healthy relationship with our clients not in meetings but through open conversations. As a company, we are committed and accommodative to share ideas and recommendations and we do not believe in charging for our consultations.

WHAT ARE THE COMMON PROBLEMS YOU FACE WITH YOUR CLIENTS?

Clients are never a problem because the more customers ask, the more we will be able to understand what they truly want. At times, it is just a case where customers have a good conceptual image in mind but only failing to express it. This is where our responsibilities lie to help our customers translate an intangible concept to tangible visual designs.

Another common problem would be customer's indecidability with the invitation print amounts. Usually, we would suggest to customers to identify and prepare a prospective guest list. From there, it usually provides a good indication of the amount of cards to print. As an advice, we usually encourage our customers against printing exact quantities - ie: 20 tables, print 100 pcs cards. For the matter, we would suggest customers to print up to 20-30% more cards as additional cards will come in handy should they decide to increase the guests list. Another note from an economical perspective, small reprints can be unfeasibly costly if requested as a separate batch.

Always plan ahead: Allocate a minimum of 4 weeks for layout and printing and 2 weeks for sending out the cards. Bear in mind that your mailing does not clash with the festive seasons during certain times of the year. Our lead time for delivery is 14 working days after the final artwork confirmation of the layout design.

Wordings: Ensure that all parties - the groom, bride and parents concerned are satisfied with the outcome of the layout and phrasings. Check that all spelling, numbers and even the venue address is spelt correctly before giving the approval for printing.
